The company began its journey as a Joint Venture under the DLF Group (2007–2017), contributing to landmark developments across Chennai and Bengaluru. From 2017 to 2025, Begur OMR Homes became a part of the Blackstone Group, further strengthening its portfolio and operational excellence
Over the years, the company has successfully delivered projects spanning over 5.8 million sq. ft., creating homes for more than 3,500 families who now enjoy a premium lifestyle within thoughtfully designed communities.
